How much should I shell out for one of them shells?

Nice set up, Janette. Strangely enough, a square of yellow about a foot long on the side is actually the best colour to look at when needing creative inspiration... can't remember where I heard that though.......

Hmmm, blush to confess I haven't started on reading grandpa's books. Will check out Origin (also have Descent of Man) but I draw the line at reading a history of British Guinea (1922) or the Dunfermline treatise.
Happily wine tastes just as good, if not better, in a tumbler.

Sounds great Janette. As for sav blank in a tumbler, it is wonderfully Continental - only posh folk drink it in wine glasses.

And I hope you've been reading grandpa's books. Origin of Species was one of the most profound and moving reads I've had in decades (see my other blog - http://graywave.blogspot.com/2006/09/on-origin-of-species.html )

Cheers,

Graham.
